Delivery

Delivery

We deliver nationwide using The Pallet Network, a UK-wide pallet courier. Delivery is free to most UK postcodes, and you can select your preferred delivery date at checkout. Any postcode surcharge will be clearly shown before payment.

Choose Your Delivery Date

At checkout, simply choose from the delivery dates available for your postcode.

  • Standard delivery days are Monday to Friday
  • Dates are usually available from 2 working days ahead
  • You can normally book up to 3 weeks in advance

Your order will usually arrive between 9am and 6pm on your chosen day. We cannot provide an exact delivery time, although drivers often call ahead when possible, so please use the best contact number at checkout.

How Delivery Works

Once your order is placed, we prepare it in our warehouse and book it onto The Pallet Network for delivery via your local depot.

Your order will normally arrive on an 18-tonne tail-lift vehicle. The driver will unload the pallet using a pallet truck and place it where requested where possible.

You do not need to assist the driver.

Important Access Information

Because sleepers and raised bed kits are heavy pallet deliveries, there are some important access and unloading limits.

  • The vehicle requires approximately 3m width clearance and 5m height clearance
  • This includes overhanging trees, branches, cables and other restrictions
  • If your road is narrow or access is difficult, please contact us before ordering
  • If the surface is uneven, gravelled, or there is a lip between road and driveway, the pallet may need to be left kerbside
  • If the lorry must stop on a slope, the driver may be unable to unload safely

For safety reasons, unloading must take place on a flat surface.

Kerbside Delivery

We only guarantee kerbside delivery.

Where access and surface conditions allow, the driver may be able to place the pallet further onto your property, but this cannot be guaranteed.

The driver cannot unload individual items, and the pallet cannot be taken away.

If No One Is Home

You do not need to be present. If no one is available, the driver will usually leave the order in a safe place where possible.

Once delivered, responsibility for the goods passes to you, and we cannot accept liability for loss, theft or damage thereafter.

Failed or Refused Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, or if kerbside delivery is refused, we can arrange a return and refund.

A return charge of £80.00 per pallet will be deducted, along with any delivery surcharge.

Delivery Surcharge Areas

Delivery is free to most UK postcodes. Some areas carry a surcharge, which is shown at checkout.

£99.95 surcharge areas:
PO30–41, DD, PH, IV, AB, KW, PA

£299.95 surcharge areas:
Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey

Some areas of Wales, Scotland, Devon, Cornwall, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, and certain London postcodes may also carry a surcharge depending on postcode.
